In 2023, he returned to Shenzhen Bay Laboratory to work on potent small molecule inhibitors that the target cancer cell cycle and small molecule degraders for misfolded proteins in Alzheimer’s Disease. In late 2024, he returned to Australia to start a scientist role at Cartherics and now with Evinco Therapeutics, working on developing immunotherapies for neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s Disease.
